CANCELLATIONS

We don't accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS :

We cannot accept returns&exchanges because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please make sure the measurements before you place an order. If you have any questions about your sizing, please contact us. We're happy to assist you.

NON MADE TO ORDER ITEMS :

We accept returns and exchanges. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

1. Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
2. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
3. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service. The return shipping address will be emailed to you. Items must be shipped back to the address. 
4. Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged within an original package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Production time: 1- 3 weeks (each items are different)
Shipping: 7-14 business days (from Japan) 
Express shipping is available: 3-7 business days  (from Japan) 

Shipping time above is approximate time. Please note that delivery may take up to three weeks sometimes. Please note; as international shipping is affected by many unsteady factors: customs, flights, weather, strikes, war, trade policy ,etc, some shipments do get delayed sometimes, so please do contact us if you still have not got the items after the referred time, we will surely find out and solve the problem for you satisfactorily.

CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

LOST ITEM WHILE SHIPPING 

Every order includes a shipping insurance up to $60.00. If your package is lost, we can refund you up to $60.00. We do not refund you more than $60.00. This is because we ultimately have no control over tracing the post once packages are outside Japan. Buyers are responsible for understanding their own country policies. However, we do understand that mistakes happen. So if your package is lost, we can help remake a new piece with a rework fee.

WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it would be returned to us and we can ship the item out again for you after receiving the item back in the mail. We will need to charge the standard shipping rates to ship the order again.
